ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 

  • This is an 18+ event. Valid, physical photo ID is required for entry.

    Accepted forms of ID:

    • Australian Driver’s Licence

    • Proof of Age Card

    • Passport (physical only)

    Digital IDs must match the ticket name.

  • A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented on entry.

  • There are no door sales or passouts.

  • Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.

  • Entry is subject to security screening and bag checks.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person 

 

 

DRESS CODE

  • Enclosed shoes are required.

  • No dangerous props or replica weapons.

  • Management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone deemed inappropriately dressed, unsafe, or non-compliant.

 

 

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

 

  • Respect all venue staff, security, performers, and media teams.

  • Any anti-social, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal.

  • Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Police and security operate inside and outside the venue.

  • Illegal substances, dealing, or possession will be reported to authorities.

  • Patrons removed or refused entry will not be refunded.

 

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

 

The following are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

 

  • Alcohol or outside beverages

  • Drugs or illicit substances

  • Weapons, sharp objects, or dangerous items

  • Aerosols, flares, fireworks, or laser pointers

  • Large bags (over A4 size)

  • Professional cameras or recording gear (without prior approval)

  • Any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by security

 

All patrons and bags are subject to search on entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned.

 

 

MEDIA AWARENESS

 

Official media teams will be filming and photographing throughout the night.

Please respect their space so they can capture the experience for everyone.

By entering the venue, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in official event media, which may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

 

 

SAFETY & MEDICAL

 

  • If you or someone around you feels unwell, please notify security, staff, or event crew immediately.

  • Drink responsibly and stay hydrated — free water is available at all bars.

  • Look out for your mates and the people around you.

 

REJECTION OR EJECTION FROM EVENT

 

Entry or continued attendance may be refused to any person who:

 

  • Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

  • Displays unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour.

  • Attempts to bring in banned or dangerous items.

  • Refuses security or bag checks.

  • Attempts to re-enter after leaving the venue.

  • Engages in unlawful or offensive behaviour.

 

Anyone refused entry or ejected will not be eligible for a refund.

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Entry to the event is at your own risk.

  • Trancition, LDS Events Pty Ltd, and Metro City accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

  • The promoter and venue reserve the right to make changes to the event, including artist lineup or schedule, without notice or compensation.

  • In the event of cancellation, postponement, or force majeure circumstances beyond control, ticket refunds will follow Megatix’s terms and conditions.
