Terms & Conditions: Perth Hardstyle Giveaway Competition

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Perth Hardstyle in collaboration with Hard Era and Trancition.

2. Competition Period

• Start Date: 03.01.25 at 20:00 pm AWST

• End Date: 17.01.25 at 11:59 PM AWST
  Entries submitted outside this period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

• Participants must have a public Instagram account during the competition period to allow for point tracking.

4. How to Enter

Tag 3 friends on the Perth Hardstyle Competition post (03.01.25)

Bonus Points:

• • Share Hard Era’s pinned post to your story (+2 Points)

  • Share Trancition’s pinned post to your story (+2 Points)

  • Tag 5 friends on Hard Era’s pinned post (+5 Points)

  • Tag 5 friends on Trancition’s pinned post (+5 Points)

Each action must be verifiable (e.g., tagged friends and shared stories must be visible during the competition period).

5. Prize Details

Major Prize Includes:

• 2 x VIP Trancition Festival Tickets in an exclusive ticket box

• NEW Worlds Collide Merchandise (valued at $150)

• 2 x VIP Tickets to Trancition’s Official Pre-Party (International Guests TBA)

• 2 x VIP tickets Hard Era Presents The Straikerz x Fraw

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected based on the total number of points accumulated during the competition period.

• One instagram account equals one valid entry in the giveaway. 

• Multiple tags by the same instagram account will not be valid.

• Duplicate tags on the same post will not be valid. 

• In the event of a tie, a random draw will determine the winner(s).

• Winners will be announced via Perth Hardstyle’s Instagram on [17.01.25].

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @perthhardstyle account. If a winner fails to respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Verification of Entries

• All entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of use.

• Participants must provide proof of actions (e.g., public account for story shares and tags).

• Perth Hardstyle reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or fraudulent entries.

9. Conditions of Prize Acceptance

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Perth Hardstyle, Hard Era, and Trancition are not responsible for any additional costs associated with prize use (e.g., travel to events).

10. Use of Personal Information

By entering, participants consent to:

• The collection and use of their Instagram username and shared content for competition purposes.

• Announcements of winners via public posts on Instagram.

11. Limitation of Liability

Perth Hardstyle, Hard Era, and Trancition are not responsible for:

• Lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

• Technical issues or platform malfunctions on Instagram.

• Cancellations or changes to events associated with the prize.

13. Right to Cancel or Amend

Perth Hardstyle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
