
Entry Requirements
‣ Age Restriction: This is a strictly 18+ event. All attendees must be 18 or older to enter, with no exceptions. Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) is required for entry.
‣Ticket Presentation: A valid ticket (printed or digital) must be presented for entry. Tickets will be scanned at entry; please ensure they are accessible.
Re-entry
‣ No Re-entry Policy: Once you leave the festival grounds, you will not be permitted to re-enter. Please bring all necessary items (ID, phone, personal belongings) with you upon initial entry to avoid inconvenience. No Pass-outs

Purchase and Verification
‣ Official Ticketing Partner: Tickets are available exclusively through Megatix or approved event ambassadors. Purchase only through these channels to avoid issues with entry and ensure your ticket’s validity.
‣ Ticket Verification: Tickets will be verified upon entry. Only officially purchased tickets will be valid for entry, and any issues with tickets from unofficial sources will not be addressed by the festival.

Ticket Types
‣ General Admission and VIP: Trancition offers General Admission and VIP ticket options. General Admission provides standard access, while VIP tickets include priority entry, access to elevated viewing areas. VIP wristbands, issued at entry, must be worn throughout the festival for VIP access.

Refund Policy
‣ Final Sale Policy: All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges for personal conflicts, weather, illness, or other reasons. If the festival is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. In the rare event of a full cancellation by organizers, refund instructions will be provided through official channels.

Entry Refusal
‣ Right to Refuse Entry: Festival staff and security reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any attendee without a refund if they violate these terms. Grounds for refusal or removal include possession of prohibited items, disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any other safety or security risk.

Prohibited Items
‣ Restricted Items: The following are prohibited for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and drink, glass containers, large bags, and any items that could disrupt security or others’ enjoyment. Bag checks will be conducted at entry, so bring only essential items. Below is the list as stated by the venue:

* Alcohol – any alcohol found on the Event Site will be confiscated and will not be returned and the offending patron(s) ejected from Event Site for the remainder of the Event.
* Glass (jars, bottles, containers, mirrors and perfumes).
* Metal drink bottles
* Chairs
* Air horns.
* Weapons or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles).
* Illegal substances.
* Nitrous oxide bulbs and canisters.
* Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment.
* Fires and open flames.
* Advanced personal vaporisers (or modified APVs) or liquid refills for E-Cigs.
* Flammable liquids.
* Sound systems.
* Portable laser equipment and pens.
* Sharpies, markers, paint cans or paint pens.
* Drones or other remote control devices.
* Couches and chairs.
* Anything studded (i.e. belts, wristbands etc).
* Audio or video recording devices (including GoPro and similar).
* Professional photography equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses; any lens over 20cm; any detachable lens; stands or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Event staff to be professional photography equipment).
* Monopods, tripods or attachment sticks (selfie-sticks). * Skateboards, scooters, wagons, carts, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, quad-bikes, segways, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any personal motorised vehicles.
* Animals (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs and police or emergency service dogs).
* Unauthorised solicitation materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, or other promotional items.
* Any other item deemed by Event Staff (in their discretion) to be dangerous or offensive or potentially dangerous by Event organisers.
* Eskies and coolers.

Drug and Alcohol Policy
‣ Strict Drug-Free Policy: Illegal drugs and substance abuse are prohibited. Alcohol will only be sold to those with valid ID proving they are 18+. Anyone found with illegal substances or visibly intoxicated may be denied entry or removed without a refund. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and respect others.​​​

Liability Waiver
‣ Assumption of Risk: By attending Trancition Festival, ticket holders accept all risks associated with attending a large outdoor event, including personal injury, illness, and property loss or damage. The festival organizers, staff, and venue are not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred. Participation is at your own risk, so please safeguard personal belongings and remain aware of your surroundings.​

COVID-19 and Health Protocols
‣ Health Requirements: The health and safety of attendees is a priority. Depending on public health guidelines at the time, attendees may need to provide proof of vaccination, a negative COVID-19 test, or comply with additional health protocols. Please check for updates leading up to the festival, as requirements may change.​​​

Lost and Found
‣ Lost Items: Attendees are responsible for their belongings, and the festival is not liable for any lost or stolen items. Unclaimed items after the event may be donated or disposed of.​​​​​

Photography and Filming
‣ Consent to Media Use: By attending the festival, you consent to being filmed and photographed for promotional use. These images and videos may be used in future Trancition promotional material. If you prefer not to be captured, please notify on-site media teams, although avoidance cannot be guaranteed.

Weather
‣ Rain or Shine Event: The festival will continue regardless of weather conditions unless extreme circumstances pose a risk. Check the forecast, and come prepared with suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor conditions.

Safety and Conduct
‣ Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Trancition Festival enforces a zero-tolerance policy for anti-social behaviour, violence, and harassment. Disruptive attendees will be removed without refund and may be banned from future events. Respect your fellow festival-goers, staff, and performers.

Health and Safety
‣ Stay Hydrated: Free water refill stations are available throughout the venue. Bring a reusable bottle and stay hydrated.
‣ Community Responsibility: Look out for one another. If you see anyone unwell or needing assistance, alert festival staff immediately.

Medical Assistance
‣ First Aid: First aid stations are located throughout the venue and clearly marked. The medical team is available for any health concerns or emergencies. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you or someone near you needs help.

Environmental Responsibility
‣ Respect the Environment: Trancition Festival is committed to protecting the natural beauty of Red Hill Auditorium. Please dispose of waste responsibly, use recycling stations, and avoid damaging the grounds. Help us keep the venue pristine by bringing reusable water bottles and disposing of litter properly.
